Class Teachers have a responsibility for delivering the majority of the curriculum to their class, but will work closely with colleagues ensuring a collaborative approach to teaching and learning across the Year Group. The Children therefore receive the same opportunities, and all teachers feel supported by a strong team.
Arabic, Islamic, Music and PE are taught by specialist teachers to enhance the curriculum. Each class receives support from a dedicated Teaching Assistant.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
You should have (essential):
a relevant Bachelor's Degree;
a UK Postgraduate Certificate of Education or Qualified Teacher Status;
relevant teaching experience;
excellent working knowledge of the UK National Curriculum;
a proven track record of effective teaching;
a strong academic background, stature and experience that will command the respect of pupils, parents, colleagues and the wider community
a commitment to academic progress and the welfare and safeguarding of students;
knowledge and understanding of recent educational developments and best practice;
It will be desirable if you have:
an understanding of the demands of a UK independent school environment;
experience working with children who have English as an Additional Language;
a secure knowledge of using technology to support Education.
