We are currently seeking to appoint Vice Principal – Operations to assist the principal in providing high quality leadership to the teaching team at Schools. The incumbent will hold responsibility for assisting the principal in organizing and fostering a positive, safe environment that is conducive to best meeting the needs of all learners, staff and parents, leading the implementation of strategies that support the teaching and learning team in the realization of the organization Mission.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualification(s)

Bachelor's degree in a Scientific Discipline

Master's degree in engineering, Math, Science or Education

Experience Required

8 years of teaching experience

5 years in academic supervisory role

Experience with teacher support and/or Career Development Planning

Theories of Management and Finance

Laws governing School Administration

Principles of Supervision

Parent Teacher Association

Skills Required

Student Information System (SIS)

Project Management

Scheduling, prioritizing, advising

Analytical and constructive thinking

Language

English: Fluency in oral and written IELTS 6.0

Arabic: Fluency in oral and Written
